Unreasonable Hardship Disabilty Access Exemption

Dear {administration}:

While {university or other public entity} believes that access to persons with disabilities is critical to the mission of our institution, our department must regrettably submit this application for a hardship exemption.

There is no possible way that the planned construction project {description} can proceed in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) and {state building code}.
