Long Covid Hardship Letter

Dear {debtor, employer or other entity}:

I’m writing to let you know that I am no longer able to meet my {financial/work/etc.} obligations due to my ongoing battle with long Covid.

I contracted Covid-19 {when}, and although I {recovered quickly/made it through a long battle}, many symptoms have stayed with me. I struggle with {fatigue/brain fog/etc.} on a daily basis.
